Rules for the provision of services on the land-based extreme track at the Blackbeard Adventure Park

Dear Guests!

Please read the service rules carefully before using the extreme track, which all our guests are obliged to fully comply with! By entering the track, you acknowledge that you have read the rules and regulations and accept them as binding.

1. The track is designed in the shape of a "U", consisting of interconnected and partially free-standing elements, with the initial element marked "1".
2. You may enter and stay on the course only at your own risk, after signing the relevant "Declaration of Responsibility", wearing a valid wristband and within the time limit of the wristband. Otherwise, it is strictly FORBIDDEN to be on or to use the course! It is not possible to interrupt the stay and then resume the game!
3. No persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other mind-altering intoxicants are allowed to enter or remain on the course.
4. Children under the age of 6 are NOT allowed on the course!
5. Persons under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must have a wristband!
6. Entering and staying on the course is allowed only in socks or special - textile - soft-soled shoes, otherwise it is FORBIDDEN!
7. T-shirts and trousers at least knee-length are recommended.
8. Bringing sharp or piercing objects (knives, key chains, etc...) onto the course is strictly FORBIDDEN!
9. In order to protect the life and limb of all persons on the course, everyone is obliged to pay due attention to the safety of others. On certain sections of the course, overtaking or jumping is only permitted with caution and with due regard for others. Pushing others off the track or pushing them to the ground is FORBIDDEN!
10. Everyone is obliged to follow the instructions of the staff in charge of the track!
11. You may only drive in one direction on the track!
12. A maximum of two people can be on each of the attractive games on the course at the same time!
13. The climbing elements of the course can be climbed with care and attention, using the handholds designed for climbing!
14. You may only slide off the sliding elements while sitting or lying on your back, with your feet in the direction of travel!
15. Between two slides it is compulsory to keep a safe distance, so the sliding guest can be followed when he has already moved away from the arrival point!
16. During competitions and contests held by animators, only the number of persons instructed by the animators, with an authorised wristband and under their direction, may be present on the course.
17. Assistance to a guest who is injured or appears to be injured on the course is mandatory, and the guest who notices this must immediately report it to the staff!
18. It is strictly FORBIDDEN and DANGEROUS TO LIFE to crawl between, under or hang from the ropes that hold the elements, to pull, move or cling to them!
19. Damaging the game elements with hands or other objects is strictly FORBIDDEN!
20. The staff managing the track or the management of the Theme Park is entitled to ban the guest from the track, to expel the guest from the track, if the guest violates the rules or other regulations in force in the Theme Park or the instructions of the track staff! In case of expulsion or stay on the track, the value of the purchased wristband will not be refunded!
21. All guests are liable for damages in the event of intentional or negligent damage to game elements.
